There are two key areas where I typically work with teams and families. The first is the remedial space, where we focus on addressing unresolved issues from the past and creating pathways for healing and growth.
The second is the generative space, where the goal is to unlock collective potential—fostering a sense of community, enhancing collaboration, and driving high performance. Whether the focus is on repair or growth, my role is to guide groups toward greater clarity, cohesion, and purpose.
